Vendors are what make the Fair such a unique and new experience for the Fairgoer!  Our Fair wouldn’t be the same without you!

The Pensacola Interstate Fair is one of the top 50 fairs in the country and is proud of the opportunities that it offers to all who wish to be a part of us.  

 

We are so excited that you are interested in becoming a part of our Fair!  

How Do I Become A Vendor?

We offer two primary areas for our vendors: inside our Main Entrance Building (commercial vendors only) or outside around the midway.  Applications for both options are below and can be submitted throughout the year.  

 

Returning vendors have “first refusal rights” to their locations from the previous year.  New vendor applications will be accepted starting each April.

Outside Concession Locations

You will find the layout of our grounds to be most appealing.

 

The carnival is located in the center of our midway with our independent concessions forming a circle all around the outside of the carnival.

 

No one is isolated in any way. This makes for a beautiful arrangement for all concerned.

 

Applications will be available April 1, 2025.

  • The cost of our space is $60.00 per front foot. Added to this charge is $250.00 for security, $300.00 for Electrical (60 amp), and $20.00 per foot for trash pickup. There are no hidden charges.
  • Any booths producing grease vapors are required by the state of Florida to have a working ANSUL fire suppression system.  Grilling or open flames are not allowed underneath tents.  The county Fire Marshall will inspect each booth prior to Fair opening.
  • Total footage requirements MUST include all open awnings and trailer hitches.   Inaccurate measurements may result in booth relocation or cancellation of contract.

Inside Commercial Locations

Inside Commercial spaces are located in the Main Entrance building.

 

All of our exhibit buildings are permanent facilities and fully climatized for your comfort and that of the Fairgoer.  

Commercial space rental costs vary depending upon booth location inside the building. 

 

Applications will be available April 1, 2025.

  • A $300 deposit is required before setting up the booth (in addition to the booth rental fee). This applies to inside locations ONLY and will be fully refunded if you do not vacate your location before the end of the Fair.
  • 10′ x 10′ cost $750.00, 8′ x 8′ costs $550.00
  • Prices are located on our Commercial Building Layout Diagram (to the left).   The cost includes all electricity, security and trash clean-up.

What are the arrival instructions for Vendors?

Arrival Instructions

Fair exhibitors may arrive the weekend prior to the opening of the Fair. However, the Pensacola Interstate Fair will not start to place concessionaires and vendors until at least the Tuesday before the Fair opens. If you need to make special arrangements for an early or a late arrival, please contact the Fair office at (850) 944-4500.

How many people attend the Fair each year?

With good weather, each year we see approximately 250,000 - 300,000 guests who come to enjoy the Pensacola Interstate Fair!
