Inside Commercial spaces are located in the Main Entrance building. All of our exhibit buildings are permanent facilities and fully climatized for your comfort and that of the Fairgoer.
Commercial space rental costs vary depending upon booth location inside the building. Prices are located on our Commercial Building Layout Diagram, which can be found here. The cost includes all electrical, security and trash clean-up.
A $300 deposit is required before setting up the booth. This applies to inside locations ONLY and will be fully refunded when the Fair ends.

You will find the layout of our grounds to be most appealing. The carnival is located in the center of our midway with our independent concessions forming a circle all around the outside of the carnival. No one is isolated in any way. This makes for a beautiful arrangement for all concerned.
Outside Space is sold by frontage foot. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE BE GIVEN YOUR TOTAL FOOTAGE REQUIREMENTS TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION HITCHES AND AWNINGS. There is a 10 ft. minimum, however, such spaces are very limited. The cost of our space is $50.00 per front foot. Added to this charge is $200.00 for security, $300.00 for Electrical (60 amp), and $20.00 per foot for trash pickup. There are no hidden charges.

The Pensacola Interstate Fair is the largest and most exciting event held on the Gulf Coast! With over 60 rides, top-name entertainers, loads of entertaining and educational exhibits, and food galore, there is always something new to see and do at the Fair!
We provide facilities for the Agricultural, Educational, Scientific, Livestock, Cultural, Commercial and Industrial resources of surrounding counties and states. The Pensacola Interstate Fair is a star-spangled parade of exhibits that attracts participants from all over the country!
